Design & Write 2014 Winners!
Recently, The Chronicle Telegram held its annual Design & Write competition based newspaper writing and advertising contest. This competition is for students in grades K-12. This year our 4th graders participated.
The contest required students to design ads for local businesses or write editorials on issues that they are passionate about. Local businesses that participated visited the school to share about what they do. Once the ads were completed, the sponsoring businesses selected the winning ads which appeared in The Chronicle Telegram.
Congratulations to the winners at FES: Jaxon Cumberledge, Tucker Frame, Riley Hutsenpiller and Layne Riley. Tucker Frame was chosen as the Grand prize winner for all 4th grade entries. Great job everyone!
The students worked with Mr. Frenk and Ms. Thoms on the Design & Write contest.
