May is Mental Health Awareness Month

4 hope 2

Each year, millions of Americans face the reality of living with a mental health condition. Children, teens, and adults are all affected. As many as 1 in 5 will battle a mental health condition by the time they are adults. In addition, everyone is affected or impacted by mental illness through friends and family-   See more here.

The Crisis Text line provides free support, 24/7. It is a free, confidential service available via text on mobile devices. Everyone who reaches out for help deserves a human response.

An individual may text the keyword “4HOPE” to 741741 and expect a reply from a trained Crisis Counselor within five minutes.
