Free Yoga!

LCCC hosts United We Seat Yoga classes from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. every Saturday in the Ewings Center. Ages 13 and older please.

DESCRIPTION: A free yoga class will be held every Saturday from January 16 through March 12 in PE 105. The event is part of the United We Sweat campaign. The introductory yoga class is taught by Diana Jancura, Certified Yoga Instructor Aerobics & Fitness Association of America and National Council for Certified Personal Trainers. No prior yoga experience is needed and no registration is required. The class is for ages 13 and older. For more information, contact Jancura at dianajancura@gmail.

Lunch and A Show  Princess Whatsername


Please join us on March 28th at South Amherst Middle School for a special showing of the musical Princess Whatsername. The annual musical tradition will now feature a special showing for our local senior citizens and retired staff members!

Our special guests are invited to join us for lunch at 11:00 a.m. on March 28th at South Amherst Middle School (152 West Main Street, South Amherst, OH). Following a light lunch, guests will be escorted into the small gym in time to watch our middle school choir students as they present Princess Whatsername.

Brownhelm Historical Association

If you have items to donate to Grandma’s Attic Sale, donations  will be accepted at the Brownhelm School Saturday February 25 from 10am-2pm. We are accepting dishes, linens, books, furniture, tools, etc. Note: We will not be accepting electronics, clothing or stuffed toys. The Historic Brownhelm School is located at 1940 North Ridge Road just west of the Brownhelm Store. Proceeds from the sale go towards the continuing restoration of the school. All items are tax deductible.
