Chad Hieb, a member of the Boy Scout Troop 450 and a Mighty Falcon Marching Band
member, has received approval from the Firelands Board of Education, The Band Boosters, and the Boy Scouts of America to undertake the construction of a band storage building that will be built on the NE corner of the FHS athletic complex.
This is Chad’s Eagle Scout project and will be built entirely from funds and donations that he is securing. The overall building will by 24 x 30 and will be used for band storage and 3rd quarter concessions for home and visiting bands.
The project, as seen below, is estimated to be complete prior to the 2017 Marching Band Season.
Thank you, Chad, for undertaking a project that will benefit students for years to come!
