Nicolette Jordan

Nicolette Jordan, Firelands High School senior, attends Lorain County Community College and is a member of both Psi Beta National Honor Society in Psychology and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She serves as an officer for both organizations and she attended a national convention at Disney at the end of April for Phi Theta Kappa.

Nicolette will be recognized as a member of both honor societies at LCCC when she walks on May 17th to receive her Associates Degree. She will also receive her high school diploma on June 7th at Firelands. Nicolette is on the All-Ohio Academic Team for LCCC.

On April 30th she was recognized for this honor at a luncheon at our state capital. After the lunch she was shown around the State building by State Rep. Dan Ramos.

After graduation, she plans to continue her education at Cleveland State University where she will pursue a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Nicolette hopes to earn a Ph.D. in psychology, open her own practice and provide support to local families struggling with mental illness.
